Rates
Per room, per night. Rates apply to guests; the pet fee is in the house rules.

Studio: rate scales with guest count — 1–2: 160 PLN, 3: 180, 4: 200, 5: 220.
Booking, payment, cancellation
- Check-in 14:00, check-out 10:00 the next day.
- Payment: cash at reception or bank transfer. We don’t accept card payments.
- Deposit: about 30% for longer stays or group bookings.
- Free cancellation up to 48 h before arrival. After that, if a deposit was paid, the deposit is forfeit.

- Laundry & luggage
- Shared washing machine on the 1st floor. You can leave your bags at reception during open hours.

- We’re also on Booking.com and Nocowanie.pl. Cheapest and quickest — direct through our system.
House rules
The house rules apply on the premises and to everyone staying or visiting. By booking or paying a deposit, the Guest confirms they have read and accepted these rules. House rules are available in Polish — full English version on request.
Summary
- Check-in 14:00, check-out 10:00. Reception is at 16 Skłodowska-Curie St., inside Grabarek Sports Centre. Outside reception hours and on public holidays, please call us to arrange key pickup.
- Photo ID required at check-in.
- Pets welcome — 40 PLN / night. Owner accepts and follows the house rules.
- No smoking. 200 PLN cleaning fee if the rule is broken.
- Quiet hours 22:00 – 06:00.
- No drugs. Police will be called and the Guest will leave without refund.
- No open flames (candles), no extra electrical appliances beyond room equipment, no weapons or hazardous materials.
- Guests under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors.
- Guests are financially liable for damage to room equipment.
- Items left behind: returned at the Guest’s expense, or stored 3 months and then transferred to the property of Centrum Noclegowe.

Privacy policy
Centrum Noclegowe processes Guest personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the stay, issuing invoices, and correspondence. Legal basis: GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and internal regulations.
- Data controller: Centrum Noclegowe, 3 Kurpińskiego St., 85-094 Bydgoszcz, Poland.
- Purpose: fulfilling the booking and stay, issuing VAT invoices (when required), correspondence.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and (c) (legal obligation — invoices, reporting).
- Retention: up to 5 years after the stay ends (per Polish tax law).
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, complaint to the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
- Data is not transferred outside the EEA and not used for profiling.

Your consent
On your first visit we show a banner asking for consent to analytics cookies. By default no analytics or marketing cookies are loaded — they require your acceptance (Google Consent Mode v2). We issue VAT invoices to companies and individuals. Please provide invoice details when booking or at check-in, no later than check-out day.
